We are an advisory firm active in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, as well as equity fundraising, with a focus on the technical equipment building (‘TGA’) sector. We are four advisors who have many years of relevant experience and have accompanied and implemented more than 300 transactions in an advisory capacity  on either the buy or the sell side.

Our relevant advisory experience in the craft trade stretches from the initial approach of the parties to the transactions up to the targets’ transformation and integration, with the transaction execution as a key element of our work.

We provide advise on different situations, with the solving of the company owners succession being at the core of our activities. Other situations include strategic acquisitions, the disposal of businesses that are not (or no longer) part of a company's core activities and the raising of equity capital to finance acquisitions for further growth.
